Arizona Prop 100:

I'm going to say No to this one. I think Judges throughout time are very aware of when someone is a flight risk, or when someone should not be let out into public for their own saftey and the safety of others. In those cases a Judge can simply set a bail so high that the defendant can't pay it. Why should we pass a law that dictates "No Bail" in any given situations. I would prefer to have faith in the Judge to make that decision on a case by case basis.
